prep instructions:

Beat eggs, milk, sugar and salt together in a shallow dish. Melt butter on a flat griddle or in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip bread slices in egg mixture and cook on griddle until golden brown on both sides, about 4 to 5 minutes. Place 1 slice cheese on each slice hot bread to melt slightly. Place pineapple slices on griddle for 1 minute to warm slightly. Loosely place turkey over cheese on 2 slices of bread; top each with 2 pineapple slices. Divide strawberry and kiwi slices evenly between the sandwiches. Top with remaining bread slices, placing cheese side on fruit. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
