Savory Tomato Garlic Quick Bread

prep instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and baking soda in a large bowl. Stir in milk, yogurt, egg and 4 tsp olive oil until dough forms a ball. Pat dough out onto a parchment lined or greased baking sheet, forming a 3/4″ thick oval. Brush dough with remaining olive oil. Top with sliced tomatoes then sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and a pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
