Honey Ham, Eggs and Asparagus on Waffles

prep instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place asparagus on a shallow pan and drizzle with oil. Roast in oven 10 to 12 minutes or until just tender. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Melt butter in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat; add eggs and cook, stirring gently, until done as desired. Lightly toast waffles in oven or toaster. Assemble sandwiches by dividing eggs onto 2 waffles. Cut each spear asparagus in half and place 6 pieces over eggs on each waffle. Loosely place half of the ham on each sandwich. Top sandwiches with hollandaise sauce, chives, shaved cheese and remaining waffles.
