easy beef appetizer kabobs
Freeze flank steak until partially frozen, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Slice flank steak across the grain into 1/8″ thick strips. In a medium bowl, toss the flank steak strips with 1/4 cup steak seasoning sauce; allow to marinate 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat broiler and soak skewers in water. Weave 1 strip flank steak, 1 mushroom, 1 tomato and 1 square pepper onto each skewer. Place skewers on a broiler pan and brush with 1/4 cup steak seasoning sauce. Broil skewers 5″ to 6″ from the heat source for 4 minutes, turn and brush with remaining steak seasoning sauce, broil 2 to 3 minutes longer. Serve warm.
