strawberry swirl cheesecake parfait
Cut frozen cheesecake slices into ¾” cubes. Carefully divide the cheesecake cubes into 4 portions. For each parfait, spoon ¼ cup strawberry pie filling into the bottom of a tall parfait glass and place 1 portion of cheesecake cubes over the pie filling. Spoon 1/3 cup whipped topping over cheesecake. Top with ¼ cup pie filling and 1 more portion of cheesecake cubes. Garnish with whipped topping, a strawberry slice and mint leaves.
