prep instructions:

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, sauté onion in oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, sauté 2 minutes. Add chickpeas, tomatoes, cumin, turmeric and salt, cook 7 minutes. Add olives and raisins, cook 2 minutes longer. Toss in hot, drained spaghetti and almonds. Sprinkle with cilantro and mint.
