prep instructions:

Combine honey and lime juice in small bowl. Alternately thread 8 pieces of fruit and 2 mint leaves onto each skewer. Drizzle with honey mixture and sprinkle each skewer with 2 Tbsp coconut.

Makes 4 servings.
