prep instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In smaller bowl combine eggs, milk, butter, honey and vanilla; stir into graham crumb mixture until just blended. Stir in bananas and chocolate chips. Spoon into a greased 8″ x 4″ loaf pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.

Makes 12 servings.
